There has been an influx of tickets requesting for in-life changes to be undone, this is from clients who did not originally reset their ledgers during the amort header ID bug issue from around 2019, this requires an escalation to third line everytime a client wishes to undo their in-life changes.
I am proposing a method that allows support or admin users to perform this task for these affected clients which would streamline the speed needed for performing this task.
